Yili Topped the Kantar BrandZ Global Brands List in Dairy

The Kantar BrandZ Most Valuable Global Brands 2024 list was released on June 12, and Yili secured the top spot in the global dairy industry. Yili was recognized again by a leading international brand valuation agency this year, following the honor of the first dairy brand ever to secure a spot in the Brand Finance Global 500 2024.

Compiled by Kantar Group, the world’s leading marketing data and analytics company, the Kantar BrandZ 2024 list considers both financial value and brand contribution derived from consumer research to provide an accurate picture of a company’s brand value. Yili’s consistent dominance in the global dairy market can be attributed to its unfaltering commitment to delivering high-quality products and services. As Asia’s first dairy company with revenue exceeding 100 billion yuan in 2021, Yili remained to be the continent’s sole company in this category through 2023, with its brand value continuously growing.

Despite a volatile, challenging global economic climate, Yili has successfully leveraged its strengths across the value chain to solidify its leadership position in the dairy industry. It has achieved stable revenue growth for 31 consecutive years. Its 2023 financial report reveals a record-breaking revenue of 126.179 billion yuan. Yili has also capitalized on the rising global demand for healthy food by actively expanding its international presence. With 81 production bases worldwide, over 2,000 global partners, and a distribution network spanning more than 60 countries and regions, Yili’s overseas business revenue increased by 10.08% in 2023 compared to the previous year, demonstrating the brand’s strong growth momentum in international markets.
